The Caldwell Health Department, located at 14 Park Avenue, operates under the oversight of the Caldwell Board of Health.

Monday through Friday,
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The mission of the Caldwell Board of Health is to promote a healthier community. Through a shared services agreement with the Township of Bloomfield, a variety of essential services are provided to Caldwell residents, including health education, environmental complaint investigations, and restaurant inspections.
In addition, animal control services are provided through Bloomfield. Vital Statistics services are also administered through the Board of Health Office.
