Caldwell Board of Health - Your Health Comes First

The Caldwell Health Department is located at 14 Park Avenue is overseen by the Caldwell Board of Health. The Health Department is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and can be reached by calling 973-403-4623.

The goal of the Caldwell Board of Health is to promote a healthier Caldwell. Through a contract with the Township of Bloomfield, services like health education, environmental complaints, and restaurant inspections are to the people of Caldwell. In addition, Bloomfield provides animal control services for the Borough. Vital Statistics is also administered through the Board of Health Office.
