Dog License Application

In order to receive a license, all owners must submit proof of valid Rabies Vaccination with their application. a vaccination is considered valid, if it expires after October of the current year. License Fees are as follows:

$12 - Spayed & Neutered

$15 - Non Spayed/Neutered

$3 discount for Seniors Citizens

Fees can be paid via cash or check. Check' should be made out to the Borough of Caldwell. Payment can be dropped off, or mailed to the Borough Clerk at 24 Smull Avenue, Caldwell, NJ 07006.
