Essex County "Strut Your Mutt"

The County is holding 3 "Strut Your Mutt" pet costume parades through out the County. The event will be at Grover Cleveland Park on Saturday, October 26th. Registration will begin at 1pm, and is free for all. The Parade will begin at 1:30pm.
