PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Caldwell, NJ took the following action at its regular public meeting on February 4, 2026.

 

Approved the following Resolution:

 

16 Central Place,

Block 33, Lot 1.07

Variance Approval

 

Copies of the aforementioned resolution are on file in the Clerk’s Office in the Municipal Building at 24 C Smull Avenue between the hours of 8:30AM – 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
