PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Caldwell Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 7pm for the purpose of considering proposed amendments to the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and Affordable Housing Spending Plan for adoption, as part of the Borough of Caldwell’s Master Plan. The Board will hear testimony from its Planning Expert regarding the Amendments to the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and Affordable Housing Spending Plan, and allow questions, testimony, and evidence from interested persons regarding the same. Following the public hearing, the Planning Board may take action by amending and/or adopting the Borough Master Plan. Copies of the proposed Amendments to the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan and the Affordable Housing Spending Plan are available for inspection by contacting the office of the Clerk, Caldwell Municipal Offices, 24 Smull Avenue, Caldwell, NJ from 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
