Married to Roseanne for 25 years. Father of two daughters, Olivia and Ariana. Member of Notre Dame Church where he served as a volunteer CCD instructor. He also served on the Caldwell Zoning Board and as a Board member with Caldwell Project Main Street. Coached recreation basketball and softball. He is currently VP of Operations and School Administrator for The Matheny School and Hospital. Founder of AOA Consulting Group, LLC and non-profit organizations, The Success Institute and The Best Choice Foundation. He is working to complete an Ed.D. in Higher Educational Leadership from Saint Elizabeth University holds an MBA in Management from Frostburg State University, a B.S. in Marketing from William Paterson University, and an A.A.S. in Management from Berkeley College.
“My wife, Roseanne, and I fell in love with Caldwell while visiting friends. We decided to move from Cliffside Park to Caldwell in 1997. Shortly thereafter, we had our two wonderful daughters, Olivia and Ariana. I share the same interests with many Caldwell residents to maintain our town quaintly and family-like. As a business owner and educator, I understand how critical communication is between all shareholders. I also look to use my strategic planning and critical thinking skills to create efficiencies and help plan the future for all Caldwell residents. I believe my servant leadership approach will lend itself to serving our town. My goals as a Councilman include making local government more transparent, creating an environment where our downtown business owners can thrive and our residents could benefit from it. I look to work with all stakeholders to make sure our streets are safe and pedestrian safety protocols are adhered to.”
