A Caldwell resident of 45 years he brings a wealth of practical experience and expertise to the town council. His background involves planning, designing, and overseeing the operations, maintenance, and construction of corporate facilities across various locations, including New York city, New Jersey, throughout the United States, and India. Ken has also managed multi-million-dollar operating and construction project budgets for these facilities. Married for 47 years to his wife, MaryEllen, the couple raised three children, Lauren, Chris, and Matt, all of whom graduated from the Caldwell-West Caldwell school district and college. Recently retired, Ken is eager to contribute his energy and expertise through collaborative efforts with the current Mayor and council. He aims to focus on long-term, prioritized maintenance and infrastructure improvement plans that are accessible to the public through open forums and town council meetings.

As a council member, Ken strives to guide the borough towards a future defined by fiscal responsibility, sustainability, and resilience. In addition to his civic contributions, Ken has been involved in various community roles, serving as a Cub Scout pack leader, C-WC Recreation basketball coach, reporter for the JCHS GridIron Club, and Pre-Cana leader at Saint Aloysius Church alongside his wife. He generously shares his personal experiences as a speaker, shedding light on the impact of drug and alcohol addiction on families at Al-Anon and OPEN AA meetings. Beyond his community involvement, Ken enjoys cooking, travel, and home renovations. Over four and a half decades, he and MaryEllen have meticulously transformed their residence from the basement to the attic, adding two thoughtful additions along the way.
